Last week was fantastic for College football!
There were great games with plenty on the line, and upsets that changed the entire landscape of the playoffs.
During this week of NCAAF games, we get to see Ohio State, Clemson, LSU, Oregon, and Michigan all going on the road. More upsets might be on the way.

The Buckeyes are coming off a bye week to play Northwestern. With Georgia’s loss last week, there is one less team to worry about for the playoff contention.

Beating Texas in the Red River Showdown is always a cause for celebration. Yet, Oklahoma needs to be concerned about QB Jalen Hurts’ turnovers.

Despite the loss against LSU, the Gators learned a lot about themselves last week. They went toe-to-toe against one of the hottest teams in the nation.
The Gators opened -5.5 on the road against South Carolina, but now the line is at -6.

LSU’s QB Joe Burrows is now +300 to win the Heisman Trophy. He’s only behind Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa (+115).
Burrows took the SEC offensive player of the week for the fourth time this season after posting 293 yards and three scores against a very aggressive Florida defense.

True freshman QB Jayden Daniels is the guy to follow in this game. Arizona State has made a habit of winning in a dramatic fashion since he took over the starting QB position.

Penn State got the job done against Iowa last week. It wasn’t pretty, but a win is a win. The same scenario will be at stake against Michigan this week. The Nittany Lions need the W, and it hardly matters how they get it.
Michigan looked great against Illinois last week, but Jim Harbaugh has let us down in the past whenever we overhyped his team. Facing a stellar Penn State defense will tell us a lot about where the Wolverines are at this point in the season.
Penn State is now -9 after opening -7.5. The bets for this game are split. I don’t expect any sudden movement for the rest of the week.

Alabama is just sailing through a very easy schedule, waiting for LSU in three weeks. Bama has scored 45+ points in the last five games. It is the third-longest streak in SEC history.
The Tide opened -33, but then the betting line moved one and a half points.
Tennessee doesn’t look like a team that can end the 45+ points scoring streak, nor do they have the offense to be this competitive.
