There are 11 unbeaten teams in the NFL after two weeks. The two best, the Chiefs and Ravens, will clash in what should be a game filled with touchdowns, unreal plays, and the next generation of superstars.
Before their Monday Night meeting, the old guard will have a Primetime spot to shine, when the Packers and Saints meet on Sunday night football.

The Jaguars are tougher than people thought. Jacksonville averages 28.5 points per game, and their QB Gardner Minshew has thrown six touchdowns in two games.
Miami can’t say the same. QB Ryan Fitzpatrick was intercepted three times during the Week 1 defeat against the Patriots. He also got sacked three times in the loss against the Bills.

The Bears are 2-0, but nothing has been easy. Chicago barely beat the Lions and Giants, two of the worst teams in the league. Mitchell Trubisky threw two interceptions against New York last weekend.

This is a low-key great game. The Rams have taken advantage of two weak NFC East teams. Now they are about to face real opposition.
These two teams have different styles. Buffalo has become a passing team, leading the NFL alongside Atlanta in passing yards. Josh Allen has thrown six touchdowns without interceptions.
The Rams have the third-best rushing average in the league. The best part is they have done with a running back committee. Yet, keep in mind RB Malcolm Brown left the game against the Eagles with a finger injury.

The Eagles are desperate for a win, and Cincinnati seems to be the perfect fit to bounce back after a poor start.
Both teams have depleted offensive lines. Don’t expect either Joe Burrow or Carson Wentz to be comfortable in the pocket. Yet, both are good enough to score points without having good protection around them.

According to PFF, the Texans allowed the most pressures on their quarterback after two weeks. That’s a lousy matchup considering Pittsburgh sacked Broncos’ QB Jeff Driskel six times and Drew Lock once.
The Steelers offense has scored 26 points in back-to-back weeks, but both against inferior teams. Houston is another bad team with very little to fight for this season.

Both Las Vegas and New England have overachieved so far. Nobody saw the Raiders as a 2-0 team to start the season, let alone when one of those games was against the Saints.
And few believed the Patriots would be ready to compete with all their offseason subtractions. New England has been impressive with the little talent they have on both sides of the ball.
Patriots’ QB Cam Newton is averaging 8.8 yards per pass this season, which is sixth-best in the league. The problem is he has only thrown one touchdown pass in two games.

Adam Gase is the odds-on favorite at +125 to be the first coach fired this season. The Jets have been a mess as they rank second-worst in passing yards, rushing yards, and scoring.
The Colts defense intercepted Vikings’ QB, Kirk Cousins, three times, and kept him at a 15.9 passer rating in Week 2. However, the unit will miss safety Malik Hooker for the rest of the season. The defensive back tore his Achilles.

Carolina Panthers (0-2) at LA Chargers (1-1)
Both the Panthers and Chargers fought hard against a more prominent opponent in Week 2 but came up short.
Carolina lost RB Christian McCaffrey for 4-6 weeks with a high ankle sprain. The Panthers have scored five touchdowns this season. Four have come from C-Mac.
The Chargers haven’t named a starting QB for Week 3. Tyrod Taylor had some chest pains before the meeting against Kansas City. Rookie Justin Herbert replaced him. Herbert almost beat Kansas City, completing 22 of 33 passes for 311 yards, a touchdown, and an interception.

The Buccaneers struggled a little to beat the lousy Carolina Panthers. According to PFF, Buccaneers’ receivers have dropped eight passes in the first two games, three that would have been touchdowns. That’s the most by any team in the NFL.
The Broncos suffered several injuries against the Steelers. Denver won’t have QB Drew Lock (shoulder) for several weeks, while WR Cortland Sutton (knee) is out for the season. Those two join RB Philip Lindsay (toe), who will miss a month.

These two teams tied in the first game of the 2019 season. A lot has changed since then. Arizona looks like an absolute juggernaut on offense, while Detroit looks worse every week.

After two weeks, Russell Wilson is the odds-on favorite to win the MVP award at +330. He has thrown nine touchdowns against only 11 incompletions, completing 82.5% of his passes. It’s clear why he has leapfrogged Mahomes in odds markets for the NFL MVP.
Dallas looks like a poorly coached team that was lucky against Atlanta. The Cowboys should have been 0-2, entering desperation mode in Seattle. It doesn’t look like the team has improved under Mike McCarthy.

Somehow after just two weeks, Saints’ QB Drew Brees looks very ordinary. It looks like he has lost his touch on downfield throws, and in the loss against the Raiders, he sure missed WR Michael Thomas.
Thomas will try to play on Sunday night against the Packers. He’s dealing with a high ankle sprain, which means there is no guarantee he will be available. Keep an eye on him during the week.
Aaron Rodgers, on the contrary, looks renewed. He has thrown the six touchdowns and no interceptions and leads the best scoring offense in NFL (42.1 PPG). Their running game deserves a lot of praise as well. The Packers lead the league with 208.5 rushing yards per game after two weeks.
Packers WR Davante Adams (hamstring) will be limited in practice all week, but he should be ready to go on Sunday.

It is the biggest game of the week, with the last two MVPs going against each other on national TV. Pat Mahomes leads the series 2-0 against Lamar Jackson, and neither of those games has been close. Yet, this is the first time the meeting is in Baltimore.
The Chiefs’ offensive line is a problem. It’s allowing the fifth most pressure in the NFL and committed a bunch of penalties in the last drive against the Chargers during regulation.
Either way, this game should have fireworks all over the place.
