After every ten games I write about how teams would be doing if you bet $100 on them every game. This will be the third edition of this series. The Lightning are another team that has been on this list before. Tampa Bay continues to dominate teams offensively. Tampa Bay’s Nikita Kucherov and Steven Stamkos are first and second in the league in points. The Lightning would have won you 982.27 if you bet $100 on every game. If Tampa Bay continues to stay healthy, they are a Stanley Cup favorite.
Nashville Predators
The Predators enter this list of top three teams to bet on for the first time this season. Nashville is on track to make a return to the Stanley Cup, if they continue to play as well as they are. If you had bet $100 on the Predators during the time that I wrote the first article, you would have lost $166.76. Now the Predators would have won you $744.57 if you bet $100 on all thirty-two of their games.

Arizona Coyotes
Buffalo Sabres
The Sabres are another team that have found themselves at the bottom of the standings all season long. Buffalo has is above only the Coyotes in the standings. The Sabres have been in rebuild mode for quite a while. Buffalo will need to make some moves at the trade deadline or in free agency if they want to turn things around. If you had bet $100 on all the Sabres games, you would have lost $1594.27.
Ottawa Senators
For the first time this season, the Senators find themselves on the bottom of this list. Ottawa looked like they were on the rise when they made a blockbuster trade for Matt Duchene. Instead Duchene has five points in seventeen games. Kyle Turris went to the Predators in this trade. Turris has seventeen points in seventeen games with Nashville. If you bet $100 on the Senators in all their games, you would have lost $838.41.

Calgary Flames
The Flames were looking like a solid team during my second article. Now Calgary has began to fall in the standings. That fall is showing in the money you would have lost betting on them. During the second edition, Calgary would have won you $242.64 at the time. Now if you bet $100 on all the Flames games, you would have lost $202.13.
Washington Capitals
The defending President Trophy winning team is on the rise again. The Capitals were struggling early, but have gotten back into a rhythm. If you bet $100 on all the Capitals games during the second edition of this series, you would have lost $150.72. Now the Capitals would have won you $454.72 up to this point in the season.
