It’s tempting to slam the -350 for a movie not being made before 2022 with the news that the Mandalorian will feature a sneak peek of the upcoming, “Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker” at the end of the first season.
One may also think that Disney+ will want to keep its new streaming platform’s top hit right where it is, in digital format. The last episode of the first season will air on Dec. 27. That sets up for at least another season, most likely coming in 2021.
However, with the massive success of the show, it’s hard to rule out a movie altogether. So, I don’t love either side of this bet, but I would lightly towards the yes at +225.

Will The Mandalorian Show His Face In Season 1?

If you’ve been watching the show, you know we still haven’t seen the face of our favorite bounty hunter. No one has seen his face since he was a child. “This is the way,” as we hear often enough. Even the prospects of a romantic relationship couldn’t get him to remove his suit.
The character is played by Pedro Pascal of Game of Thrones and Narcos fame. I must say he does a great job acting through body language and by using different voices and timing. You can feel the emotions even though we don’t see any facial expressions.
However, I am going to lean towards the yes at +200 once again. It seems unlikely to me that they would cast Pascal, one of the more attractive actors in the business, and choose not to show his face a single time.
It may happen in Season 2, but there is enough upside for me at 2/1 to say it happens before the end of the year.

Baby Yoda has taken the world by storm, and his preferred beverage during one of the season’s most memorable brawls has become the new “sipping tea” meme.
Disney has big plans for Baby Yoda, meaning he could become “Kid Yoda,” plus a whole host of action figures, videogame appearances, and who knows what else.
The character is too compelling for him to be finished with the Force. For one, he can’t sit still. He seems to have some mighty naps after the use of his powers. That’s the thing, he seems to find himself in the middle of the action, quite often.
With him back on the run and a price on his head – I don’t think we’ve seen the last of the Force from those adorable little green hands.
