Will People Actually Storm Area 51? Well, You Can Bet On It!

Storming Area 51 - Betting on the Raid

Betting On Stroming Area 51 – Will It Really Happen?

It all started with a Facebook group that called on the masses to storm the top-secret US military base, Area 51. Well, the group got a lot bigger since its inception.

Over 1.5 million people are now “going” to the event in the early morning hours of Sept. 20, which calls on attendees to:

“We will all meet up at the Area 51 alien Center tourist attraction and coordinate our entry. If we naruto run, we can move faster than their bullets. Lets see them aliens.”

They have even started a website surrounding the event at https://www.stormarea51.us/, which right now seems to be just a site selling merchandise for the event, such as t-shirts and hats.

So Popular It Caught The Air Force’s Attention

Even the United States Air Force has issued a statement warning civilian not to try to breach Area 51. Since the Facebook group has gotten more attention, hundreds of memes have been created surrounding the event and its potential aftermath.

Will Area 51 Be Raided On Sept 20, 2019?

  • Yes +300
  • No -500

Betting Odds Analysis

Other sportsbooks have specified that a “raid” would consist of over 100 people. I would suspect the rules are the same at MyBookie.ag. Let’s look at what needs to happen for this bet to be graded as a winner.

  1. First, people need to meet at the Area 51 Alien Center tourist attraction at 3 am. Secondly, more than 100 people need to be there.
  2. Then, they need to make their way to Area 51 and try to get into the secure location, which would amount to a raid.

There are over 1.5 million people that say they are going to the event, and even more, that got invited and declined the invitation or checked “not going.”

I think it’s a given that 100 people show up at 3 am at the Alien Center, but will they make their way to Area 51 from there? Well, that’s tough to say.

These people are undoubtedly risking imprisonment and possibly death. But, I’m not sure it is out of the realm of possibility. The Americans going to this event won’t likely be as armed as those at the Bundy standoff, but there may some that view the raid as an act of civil disobedience against big government.

I wouldn’t put a lot of money down on this bet, but right now I would lean towards the raid happening.

Trump To Tweet A Warning Not To Raid Area 51?

  • Yes +300
  • No -500

Will President Trump Mention Area 51 In A Tweet?

  • By The End Of September 2019 – Yes +260
  • By The End Of September 2019 – No -340

Betting Odds Analysis

Trump has tweeted memes before, but it’s not as if he has a folder of the dankest memes on his desktop. The ones that he posted on Twitter have something to do with him (shocker) or something to do with the Democrats.

With Democratic presidential debates looming and the Presidency seemingly always under fire or jabbing someone else or some other group – I don’t think Trump even has his on his radar screen. He has too much going on when it comes to foreign policy, like fighting a trade war with China and saber-rattling with Iran.

Statement Already Issued

Trump is a die-hard nationalist and believes in the US military’s superiority over other nations, let alone a ragtag bunch of internet protestors or raiders. I think he would view it as insulting to warn the public about such an act, particularly when the Air Force has already issued a statement.

Laying -500 and -340 isn’t ideal, but I think there is some value at -340 for him not mentioning Area 51 in a tweet before September 2019.

Will They Find Aliens At Area 51 During The Raid?

  • On September 20, 2019 – Yes +3500
  • On September 20, 2019 – No -6000

This is the most amusing wager of all the markets surrounding Area 51. If they happen to get into Area 51, will they find aliens? Well, I would say the answer is almost certainly no. The CIA declassified plenty of reports from Area 51 and the research done there had nothing to do with aliens. It was used only to test top-secret aircraft.

Government Could Be Lying, Galaxy Is Huge

Of course, the government could easily not be telling the full truth. But, this account seems plausible for them and even for the CIA, an organization that focuses much of its operations on deception.

Despite our massive galaxy, there are still some scientists out there that don’t think aliens exist. There is still no factual evidence they exist. Do I think they find that at Area 51, even if they manage to get into the facility? No. But, if you’re sure there are aliens at Area 51 then you can get 35/1 on your money if you’re right.
