Dallas Cowboys Vs. Chicago Bears NFL Week 14 Betting Picks And Odds
The Dallas Cowboys and Chicago Bears are trying to save what is currently a disappointing season. A win is needed when they meet in the NFL Week 14 Thursday Night Football.
Dallas currently leads the NFC East division, despite their .500 record. The road to the postseason is a lot more complicated for Chicago.
Let’s see what these two bring to the table.

The Dallas Cowboys’ Edge Vs. The Bears
With three losses in the last four games, the Cowboys don’t feel great, but they do have a few things that they do a lot better than the Bears.
Their passing game is the first thing that comes to my mind. Dallas leads the league with 305.2 passing yards per game while the Bears have the sixth-worst offense in that department.
The Cowboys also need to give the ball to Ezekiel Elliott more often. Zeke has run for only 62.2 rushing yards per game in the last four games. Three of those outing ended in a loss.
If Elliott can’t establish the run, then the Dallas offense becomes a lot more predictable. It adds unnecessary pressure to QB Dak Prescott, who is a good passer, but not a top of the line player at the position.
The Chicago Bears’ Edge Vs. The Cowboys
The Bears are trending up somehow. Chicago on three of the last four games, although twice was against the Detroit Lions. The other win was against the NY Giants, which is not impressive either.
Chicago needs to win out to have a shot at the playoffs. They also need help. The Vikings and 49ers need to have a debacle at this point, and it seems nearly impossible for them to pull it off.
The Chicago Bears defense limited offenses to 15.6 points per game in those wins. But bear in mind (no pun intended), they have faced two backup quarterbacks and a rookie QB in those games.
The other question is whether Mitch Trubisky can be solid and consistent. Trubisky threw 338 yards and three scores against the Lions during Thanksgiving. But in the two games before, he was picked three times and left a lot to be desired in terms of performance.
Dallas Cowboys At Chicago Bears NFL Week 14 Prediction
The weather forecast for this game says it will be at 39° F with a 0% chance of precipitation. A little chilly, but it shouldn’t affect any of the teams.
However, neither has an offense that is going to roll over the other. Both have serious problems when it comes to scoring.
Even Dallas, with an excellent passing attack, struggles to find the end zone when they don’t give the ball to Ezekiel Elliott. Plus, we know the Bears defense is solid and will keep their team in the game.
Nobody likes to bet the under because it is not fun wishing for missed field goals and dropped touchdown passes, but this is the smart bet. Bet Under 43.
