Iowa State has been on the rise with coach Matt Campbell. They were 8-5 last season, and they are sitting at 8-4 before this Alamo Bowl presentation. The Cyclones won seven of their previous eight games, only falling against Texas during that span. The Big 12 is known for being a high-scoring conference. Iowa State is used to facing high powered offense. The one problem is Washington State is not quite the conventional offense.
