LA Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks – NFL Wild Card Betting Odds & Pick

The LA Rams and Seattle Seahawks will go at it for the third time this season. None of the two previous meetings is as important as this one, for obvious reasons.
Each team won their game at home. The one issue we have about this game is the Rams haven’t named QB Jared Goff as the starter.
Goff underwent thumb surgery, and his availability for this contest will be a game-time decision.
In this article, you will find the odds for the Rams vs. Seahawks wildcard game alongside some trustworthy places where to bet.

The Seahawks opened -4.5 but currently are -3.5 with a standard -110 price at BetNow. The line was as high as -5 on Tuesday, but it settled back in at 4.5.
The total is at 42.5, the lowest of all the six games in the wildcard round. It hasn’t moved a lot, but it reached 43 points for a few hours before dropping half a point.
Right now, 52% of the wagers are taking Seattle to cover the spread at home.
LA Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks Wild Card Round ATS Pick
Rams coach Sean McVay said QB Jared Goff will be a game-time decision. He’s not willing to give Seattle any information ahead of time.
A year ago, Saints QB Drew Brees suffered the same injury in Week two, precisely against the Rams. Brees was out for five weeks before he came back to the starting lineup. Goff sustained the injury two weeks ago in the road loss to the Seahawks 20-9.
On the #Rams & QB Jared Goff: While no one has ruled Goff out for Saturday vs. the #Seahawks, it’s expected to be challenging for him to play. He was able to throw Sunday, which is good. But 12 days after thumb surgery, in the cold, it’ll be difficult. Could be more John Wolford.

If Jared Goff can’t go on Saturday, then John Wolford will be the starter. Wolford recorded his first NFL career start last week in the win 18-7 against the Arizona Cardinals.
He threw 231 yards and ran for 56. But he completed only 57.9% of his passes and threw an interception on his first attempt.
LA RAM’s Game Of Defense
If the Rams want to upset Seattle, they will have to do it with defense. LA’s defense allows a league’s low 281.9 total yards and 18.5 points per game.
Seattle’s defense has improved as well. They have allowed 15.0 points per game in the last six outings. One of those meetings was against the Rams.
Their offense has scored no more than 26 points in five of the last six games. The only time they surpassed that number was against the NY Jets in Week 14.
Favorite Bet To Place
My favorite bet in this game is the UNDER 42.5 points. The Rams will struggle at QB, even if Jared Goff plays.
He has been inaccurate in the second half of the season, and a thumb injury won’t help his case. John Wolford is not an improvement either.
By default, the Rams defense needs to play a perfect game, putting Seattle in a tough place to score points. This is a game where the total will struggle to get to 30 points combined.
If you are looking to bet the spread, Seattle -3.5 is the play, and make sure you also use one of our trusted NFL Sportsbooks to place the bet.
