UFC 250 Full Card Betting Picks – Odds, Tips, And Top Fights Predictions

The UFC 250 main card is set with a great lineup of fights during the weekend.
You can read our preview and picks for the main event between Amanda Nunes and Felicia Spencer using following the link. In this article, we break down the rest of the car and give you our favorite plays.
Raphael Assunção Vs. Cody Garbrandt
Both fighters haven’t tasted a victory in their last few outings. Cody Garbrandt lost his last three in a row, all by KO/TKO. Raphael Assunção lost the last two, one via decision and another via submission.
I see this fight as a very defensive clash between two fighters with a lot of questions about their game. Neither has the edge. This contest will go the distance, and that should be the best bet.
Our Assuncao Vs. Garbrandt UFC 250 Pick:
Bet Over 2.5 Rounds (-115) At MyBookie
Eddie Wineland Vs. Sean O’Malley
Despite the big gap in the odds, this fight should be a lot of fun. The styles of Wineland and O’Malley are perfect for entertaining.
Eddie Wineland has lost two of his last three fights and four of his previous seven. Three of those four losses were via decision. Sean O’Malley has never lost in the UFC in 11 contests, and seven of those wins were via TKO/KO.
I have O’Malley taking out Wineland before the end of the fight, but it won’t be in the first round. Instead of laying down $500 for his win, take the over on the number of rounds at 1.5. We just need to cruise through the first round.
Our Wineland Vs. O’Malley UFC 250 Pick:
Over 1.5 Rounds (-150) At MyBookie
Ian Heinisch Vs. Gerald Meerschaert
One of the most attractive matchups of the preliminary card will have Ian Heinisch facing Gerald Meerschaert at middleweight.
Heinisch looks to bounce back from two straight losses suffered in 2019. Both came via unanimous decision against Derek Brunson and Omari Akhmedov.
Meerschaert is only 32-yeards old, but he has a resume of a guy that doesn’t take many breaks. He has been in 42 fights, winning 30. Gerald won his last outing against Deron Winn via submission but has lost three of his previous five.
Heinisch is known for attacking with a lot of aggression, but his technique needs work. That is a dangerous approach against such an experienced guy like Meerschaert.
I like the upset here at +130, because Gerald Meerschaert is a more crafted fighter at this point.
Our Heinisch Vs. Meerschaert UFC 150 Pick:
Bet On Gerald Meerschaert +130 At MyBookie
Aljamain Sterling Vs. Cory Sandhagen
Both Aljamain Sterling and Cory Sandhagen suffered their last defeat in 2017. Sterling has a better resume, with 18 wins and three losses on his UFC career. He’s more proven and riding a four-game winning streak.
Sandhagen has won his last seven in a row, but his standout win was against Raphael Assunção during UFC 241. He took the W in an impressive performance via a unanimous decision.
This fight is a coin flip with the same price for each fighter, but neither of them seem to finish their bouts quickly. Sterling, in particular, has a tough time knocking people out. This should be another contest that likely goes the distance.
Our Sterling Vs. Sandhagen UFC 250 Pick:
Bet Over 2.5 Rounds (-200) At MyBookie
Alex Caceres Vs. Chase Hooper
It’s been four years since Alex Caceres put together a two-fight win streak. He will try to earn a second straight win this weekend after beating Steven Peterson in his last outing a year ago.
Chase Hooper is a dangerous opponent. He has proven that he is hungry for a massive contract and willing to takeout anybody standing in front of his goals. Unfortunately for Caceres, he’s next in line.
Hooper beat Luis Gomez via submission during a fight with Titan FC and destroyed Daniel Teymur in December.
Chase is a work in progress, but there is a lot of upside with his aggressive style. Caceres is not strong or skilled enough to defend his ground and stop Hooper’s rise.
