TitanBet Review Summary

TitanBet Sportsbook Betting Software Available LinesTitanBet is an online bookmaker that was established in 2008. Titan first appeared in online gambling markets in 2005, where they premiered on the iPoker network as a poker site and a casino. Today, Titan provides players with sports betting, poker, casino and other forms of gambling all from the same account.

TitanBet services most countries worldwide but is most notably not available to residents of the United States, Canada or Hong Kong. They also have a separate domain for their UK customers, TitanBet.co.uk. And at their main site, TitanBet.com players from other countries can register and play normally. TitanBet’s offices are located in Antiqua. There, they are licensed by the Directorate of Offshore Gaming. They also hold a license in the United Kingdom.

A Personal Opinion on TitanBet

What We Don’t Like About TitanBet

TitanBet has had issues in the past with bonus terms and unjustly voiding bets because they were too slow to move their lines. However, since these issues, mostly in 2012-13, TitanBet has improved drastically, which has resulted in more positive reviews as of late and rating increases. One area that still seems to be an issue is the verification process when players request a withdrawal. Identity verification is something that nearly all players will go through when they decide to withdraw from an online sportsbook. This process protects sites and players from fraud and identity theft.

According to complaints by many customers, TitanBet’s verification process takes a bit longer than most sites. Perhaps their process is a bit more extensive than other sites, or their support staff is inferior. Either way, this seems to be the most common complaint regarding TitanBet these days. Titan is a smaller bookmaker, particularly compared with many UK bookmaking giants that have been around for decades. They are firmly more in the recreational bettor category and is not a sportsbook for the high stakes punter. However, low and medium stake players should have no issues.

One aspect that bettors need to consider is that TitanBet is quick to ban or limit players who they deem as undesirable action. Their markets aren’t remarkably +EV in most cases, but they are beatable. TitanBet prorated a player’s bonus but did give him the portion he earned when they banned him for sharp action in 2014. This is certainly an improvement from their past issues and much more than other bookmakers do when they spot a player who is a designated as a sharp or syndicate bettor.

TitanBet Review Highlights

Excellent Software, Decent Markets

TitanBet uses PlayTech software for sportsbook, and wow, does it look fantastic. Not only that, but it’s simple to use and has plenty of features, including the ability to change languages and odds types in a single click, regardless of the page you’re visiting. Changing betting markets requires a page reload, but placing bets and changing bets types does not. Selections are loaded onto the bet slip and can be confirmed in just a few seconds. As far as betting software, bettors won’t find much better than TitanBet and PlayTech.

TitanBet Sportsbook Betting Software Interface - Website Homepage

As far as sports offered, TitanBet has a large list of markets for both pre-match and in-play betting. They offer two dozen sports worldwide, with a large list of leagues from all around the world for most sports. There is a larger focus on English and Irish sports due to that being a large portion of their customers. American sports are also well represented. There are a lot of markets for each sport, but they don’t offer quite as many as larger bookmakers. They are not lacking by any stretch, but if you want an endless list of props for each match, you may want to look elsewhere.

TitanBet heavily promotes their in-play betting platform. We have to admit, although it functions and looks excellent, the number of markets available leaves a lot desired. Some sports have far more than others, but most live betting markets are simply adjusted moneyline, point spreads, and totals, with few other extras. As far as the sharpness of their odds, TitanBet is fairly competitive. However, as we mentioned above, they are quick to limit players who show that they have a clue, and they do so quickly. Nevertheless, there should be plenty of inefficient markets to be found.

Small Wagering Limits

It shouldn’t be a shock when we’ve mentioned how quickly TitanBet limits sharp players that their betting limits would be lower than most other bookmakers. They’re a recreational book and are not interested in any professional activity. Of course, there is nothing immoral this, provided they pay all players, which they have done consistently. The maximum stake in each market will vary, but the maximum amount a player can on a single ticket is €50,000. This is extremely low compared to other sportsbooks. Even mid-tier bookmakers usually have a maximum winning of a few hundred thousand or so.

Betting limits do differ slightly from TitanBet.com and TitanBet.co.uk. In GBP, most major markets, such as football, tennis, cricket, and golf, have a maximum payout of £50,000. When it comes to smaller markets, the maximum payout is usually £5,000 or as low as £1,000 for props. These low limits don’t mean TitanBet is a poor option. However, if you’re looking to regularly put down huge money betting sports, then it may be best to find a larger bookmaker.

Titan Bet Has A Shaky Support

1-800-849-2493
If you take a look around the web, the vast majority of complaints related to Titan come back to their customer support. Part of that has to do with the extensive identity verification process, but that isn’t responsible for all of their issues. They do offer support around the clock through email, phone, and live chat. Live chat support isn’t always available is during business hours. Our experiences with support have been positive, but, as described above, this is not the experience of all users.

TitanBet Cashier Options

A+

TitanBet has a long list of cashier options. There’s almost no method they don’t have available. They accept a large list of currencies, including US Dollars, Euros, British Pounds, Canadian Dollars, Australian Dollars, Norwegian Krone, Russian Ruble, Swedish Krone and South African Rand. They accept all major credit and debit cards. Those, along with e-wallets, such as Neteller, Skrill, and PayPal will be the most popular methods for most players. All of these methods are processed instantly.

All deposits and withdrawals at TitanBet are free. Once customers verify their documents, payouts are typically processed within 2-4 days for most e-wallets. These speeds are perfectly acceptable in today’s market, but many bookmakers are faster.

Above Average Recreational Bookmaker

TitanBet has come a long way since being a bookmaker that was a clear ‘avoid’ several years ago. These days, they offer loads of bonuses (even more if you take advantage of their sports and poker offers) and competitive odds. Their support team isn’t the best, but that hasn’t affected their payouts. They’re not our first choice as an online bookmaker, but they are worth a deposit for their bonuses and promotions alone.
