Philadelphia Eagles 2019 NFL Season Win Total Prediction & Betting Odds

Philadelphia Eagles NFL regular season win totals betting

Despite a slow start as defending Super Bowl champs, the Philadelphia Eagles bucked up in the last part of the 2018 season and made it to the playoffs once again.

The end of the season was not as bright as the year before. But it let everybody know Philadelphia has the roster and the right coaching staff to be back in the Super Bowl conversation in 2019.

The Eagles enter this season with QB Carson Wentz as their starting quarterback for the fourth year. This time, however, there is no controversy about who should be the starter now that Nick Foles is in Jacksonville as the quarterback of the Jaguars.

Let’s breakdown the offseason moves and draft picks for the 2019 Philadelphia Eagles.

MyBookie.ag listed the Eagles to have a regular season win total of 10 wins during the 2019 season.

It’s the biggest number of the four teams inside the NFC East division.

Philadelphia had an ok season in 2018, but being the champs added some unwanted pressure; plus Carson Wentz was just coming back from a nasty injury.

They should bounce back and end on top of the division with double-digit wins.

Philadelphia Eagles 2019 Roster Changes

Philadelphia lost two veteran defensive linemen this offseason after Chris Long retired and Michael Bennett was traded to New England.

The team added LB Zach Brown and DE Vinny Curry, but also signed safety playmaker Andrew Sendejo from Minnesota.

Strong Offensive Side Moves

Yet, where the Eagles made the more significant moves were on the offensive side.

The team acquired RB Jordan Howard from the Chicago Bears and brought a familiar face back in WR DeSean Jackson. They also gave QB Carson Wentz a new contract.

Philadelphia Eagles 2019 NFL Draft

The Eagles only had five picks in the 2019 draft and decided to use four of them on the offensive side.

The offensive tackle Andre Dillard should start right away, and running back Miles Sanders should split carries with Jordan Howard.

WR JJ Arcega-Whiteside needs to show something spectacular to get some playing time in an already loaded wideouts department.

2019 Philadelphia Eagles Schedule Analysis

The Eagles will face the AFC East and the NFC North division beside the six games inside their division.

Their schedule has a few tricky parts like three straight visits between week six and eight that includes games in Minnesota and Dallas.

Philadelphia also plays against three opponents that made the playoffs last season. The Chicago Bears, the New England Patriots, and the Seattle Seahawks will have to travel to face the Eagles at the Lincoln Financial Field.

Rematch of Super Bowl LII

The Eagles’ game against the Patriots will be a rematch of Super Bowl LII.

Philly’s QB Carson Wentz will have a chance to go head-to-head against New England, something that he missed two years ago due to injury.

Philadelphia will also have five Primetime games this season. It includes a Sunday Night Football divisional matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in week 7.
